I do not feel completely controlled by food or my cravings anymore. It is easier day after day for me to reach for a healthy snack or prepare a clean meal! I love that! Kara is extremely knowledgeable and shares that knowledge with her group and that keeps me on track every day. I have found that it is possible to enjoy what I'm eating, feel satisfied, and even lose weight, all without counting a single calorie!! That's amazing!

I’ve lost 20 lbs and approx. 20 inches using this plan, but honestly, that’s not what I’m most excited about. Food doesn’t control me. My desire for sweets and carbs don’t control me. My weight doesn’t control me. I can eat a slice of cake for my child’s birthday and I don’t feel like I’m cheating or that I’m failing. I feel good. I know this is long-term. I know that I will continue to lose weight and get healthier and healthier.

The coolest part that I have felt – I can still enjoy treats. We're going to have tailgate parties, we're going to have family get-togethers. I can still have that, I can really enjoy it. I think the other cool thing that I've noticed about food though, is just how better but good food tastes. I now will just reach for fruit because it satisfies that sugar craving that I used to always have. So no, I haven't eliminated sugar all the way. I enjoyed a treat last night, but it's okay!

I used to have a real sweet tooth and didn’t think there was anything I could do about it. But now we’ve had a bag of Oreos sitting on the counter since before Christmas and now it’s probably time to throw them away. I don’t go for them now. They don’t phase me. And that’s been incredible.
